Refund Policy

In the event that you are unable to attend the course and greater than 24 hours notice is given your booking and payment is transferable to another date. NO refund is issued  if it is less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled training or assessment start time.  This is due to challenges being able to offer the spot to others at such short notice.

Should the course be cancelled by Cheap Boat Licence, you have the option of transferring to another course, or a full refund.

Obtaining a boat licence is not simply an attendance based course. A student must demonstrate the required skill’s/knowledge to be issued a statement of competency. Failing any part of the course does not entitle a student to a refund.
